Due to continued expansion were currently looking for 2x Assembly Operatives to join us. The post holder will be part of a newly formed department with the opportunity to help build and shape something from the ground up

**The Role and Responsibilities**

This is a customer centric role working with a variety of internal stakeholders, the post holder will be required the wider Products & Services team by assembling and dissembling products which could be in relation to creating a prototype or repairs. There will be aspects of administration within the post as well as potential direct interaction with the customer.

**Person Specification**

**Essential**
- Root cause analysis skills
- Manual dexterity
- Soldering skills
- Basic report writing knowledge
- Appreciation of SHEQ
- Product knowledge would be beneficial

**Experience**
- Ideally have a engineering qualification or apprentice trained.
- 2 years post qualification experience within engineering would be desirable

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Grantham, NG31 7NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Engineering: 2 years (preferred)
