One of the Elite Boutique Investment Banks in London is looking for a Junior VP to join and support their growing team. The team focuses in the dynamic and fast paced TMT sector giving an added depth and excitement to your role.
The TMT team is going through a fantastic period of growth not only with the hiring of new staff but also their pipeline giving you the opportunity to join a thriving team with a great deal flow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take the reigns on M&A projects managing the process from start to close
- Work closely with senior members of the team on business development
- Manage the deal team throughout the process ensuring each member is clear on their role/roles
- Support junior team members
- Assist in the development of junior team members
- Experience managing a team
- Experience working in M&A at a senior associate/first year VP level
- Have an interest for and passion in the TMT sector
- Experience working in a midmarket bank/boutique
