Newcastle College require dedicated, enthusiastic and qualified people to take on the role of Instructor in ESOL. You will work with a range of adult ESOL learners at Riverside Dene supporting them to improve their English skills.

We have both full and part time positions to fill.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- To instruct adult ESOL learners, using a variety of methods in workshop and digi-lab sessions
- To work with the ESOL team to develop learners' English and support continuous improvement activities
- To work with the ESOL team to develop resources for learners from Pre Entry level to Level 2
- To contribute to strategies to improve student achievement, attendance and retention.
- To contribute to the Additional Learning Support process.

An ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines, have strong oral and written communication skills alongside good IT skills are essential. The hours of work will be flexible and may include evenings.
