B&B Hotel Inverness is looking for a dedicated professional to join our friendly and well-regarded team as a Guest Service Supervisor to lead and supervise the Front Office team.

B&B Hotels are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to deliver a platinum customer experience for all our clients.

Ideally, you will be a strong leader, self-motivated, achievement orientated an have experience within a supervisory role in a customer service or food & beverage.
- Manage daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to maintain service standards.
- Address guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
- Supervise hotel staff and manage daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor room availability and occupancy levels to optimize hotel revenue.
- Coordinate staff training sessions and ensure adherence to hotel policies.
- Inspect public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests professionally.
- Serve guests in all areas as needed
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Punctual and reliable
- Handle any issues between staff and report to Management if needed

**HOURS**:40 hours worked over 5 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,500.00 per year

Schedule:
