We are looking for a pragmatic and self-motivated individual for the role of Marketing Executive (part-time, flexible hours, remote-based with some essential, occasional travel to Oxford).

The role will include, but is not limited to:

- Content management and organisation - support the teams to create content, then edit/proof it and get it designed and approved
- Managing multiple social media accounts and groups across LinkedIn (Facebook and Twitter), including posting, monitoring and replying to messages and comments
- Creating Social Media content that will drive positive engagement and interest
- Copywriting for the website and updating it using Drupal CMS
- Awards entry support
- Providing support to the Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing and the teams
- Organising and planning the production of marketing materials
- Supporting the team with event planning and organisation
- Keeping up to date with current digital trends
- Finding and developing new ways to promote The OCM in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- General marketing department admin duties
- Keeping external-facing information sources up to date (such as Google Business Profiles)
- Answering live website enquiries with Tawk.

Education And Qualifications

Degree/qualification in Marketing/Business/Media or relevant experience (desirable).

Experience And Knowledge
- Strong, proven copywriting skills
- Digital marketing work experience
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, including GA4 (desirable).

Skills And Abilities
- Strategic mindset, with strong customer focus and a hands-on, pragmatic mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great copywriting
- Skilful in communicating with and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
- Proficient with Excel and data analysis
- Asset creation using design tools (such as Canva).

Location: Remote - UK wide, but occasional travel to meetings is essential.

**Salary**: £24-28k FTE, depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22-30 per week

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
