**Sales Coordinator 12 Month FTC**
**Location - York**
**£18,000 to 22,000 + Commission**
**About the Role**
Working with the Sales & Marketing team, and in particular the Divisional Sales & Marketing Director (DSD) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) to:
- Support the delivery of key business performance targets in order to meet wider business objectives
- Support Divisional Sales and Marketing Director and Area Sales Managers with any duties relating to the coordination of the internal divisional sales team - including (but not exclusive to) recruitment, sales complex set up, reporting, event coordination,general secretarial tasks
- Ensuring data is correct across the development pages, marketing literature, sales releases, internal systems, staff sickness and annual leave records
- Liaising with the Sales Team and other stakeholders across the business
- Creating, printing and producing the Residents Information Packs for all new developments, as well as ordering all welcome hampers, flowers, Christmas trees, new homeowner packs for developments
**About You**
- Ideally previous resource planning, administration and coordination experience preferably gained in a similar environment
- Sound Microsoft Office and database administration skills
- Able to work under pressure, flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly and keep a clear mind Strong time management and planning skills
- Tenacious and results driven with strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to use own initiative and think outside the box
- A professional and approachable team player
