**The Role**:
We are seeking dedicated **Support Practitioners** to work part-time, providing compassionate care and support to young people with SEND. You will be a key part of a supportive team, working to help students develop essential life skills and achieve their personal goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide care and support to young people with SEND, fostering a positive and nurturing environment
- Collaborate with staff and other stakeholders to ensure the well-being of students
- Assist students in developing independence and achieving their personal and educational objectives
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and family members

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A caring, compassionate, and empathic individual
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the **CQC framework** and quality standards is a plus

Subject-specific qualifications are an advantage (training will be provided after joining if needed)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £11.44-£12.58 per hour
