Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

**Employee Relations**:Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
Administer and explain company policies and procedures to employees.

**Compliance and Documentation**:Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, timesheets, and employee data.

**Benefits Administration**:Assist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related matters.

**Performance Management**:Support performance appraisal processes, including tracking employee goals, evaluations, and feedback.
Assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary.
