**We are currently hiring for three Administration Coordinators. Tate is proud to work with an international home improvement company that has well over 80,000 employees. This company is committed to making a positive impact in society and in our communities.**
3 months temporary basis
£12.30 per hour
8:30 to 17:00 full time

3 Administration Coordinator positions available
**Job Purpose**:
As an Administrator Coordinator you will work within a team to provide HR administrative support to all departments within the company.
- Process leavers paperwork and
- Utilise the internal database to track where applicants are up to
- Maintain accurate records on the internal database
- You will aid in delivering improvements to the service to ensure the business plan is followed
- Test new developments and processes to help streamline the service to ensure that that all requirements are met
- Adhoc duties to help the service as instructed by your manager
**You will have**:
- Great attention to detail, be meticulous in your approach and ensure all information is accurate
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to create strong relationships and work well within a team.
- Experience as an administrator
- Excellent IT skills and be able to use the Microsoft Suite
