**Pay**: £13.26 per hour, increasing to **£19.89** per hour after midnight (time and a half)
**Hours**: 20-40 hours per week (Flexible, evenings and weekends required)

As we grow, we’re looking for a talented **Front of House Supervisor** to join our close-knit team and lead from the front during events.

**The Role**

As our **Front of House Supervisor**, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth and successful delivery of events. From setup to shutdown, you’ll lead your team in providing outstanding customer service and managing bar operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Event Coordination**: Oversee day-to-day operations of events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- **Bar Management**: Supervise bar setup, service, stock control, and ensure all licensing and health & safety standards are met.
- **Team Leadership**: Motivate and support the front-of-house team, providing training and guidance as needed.
- **Customer Focus**: Engage with guests and ensure an exceptional experience throughout each event.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with caterers, event planners, suppliers and senior management to deliver a cohesive service.
- **Scheduling**: Assist with staff rotas and labour management to ensure efficient and cost-effective staffing.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience supervising in events, hospitality, or bar operations.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and lead effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and late nights when required.
