Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

**Our Role**

As a Graduate Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in transactional finance reporting, validation and systems/project work, predominantly on Microsoft Dynamics but any other systems we may use.

**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for someone to:

- Assist the transactional teams and managers in data management and reporting, through regular team ledger information and performance dashboards
- Undertake project work including improvements of our current ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics, through better reporting tools, and external solutions to improve efficiency
- Cleanse and upkeep “up-to-date” master data details across Transactional Services
- Assist with Purchase Order analysis and maintenance across the group
- Support in the installation of credit risk management process to prevent “Accounts on Stop” and review of overdue payments
- Support the development of process documentation across the transactional function

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Relevant Finance degree or similar
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction as part of a team
- Computer literate with strong excel capability
- Able to support with data analysis
