**Job description**

This is an excellent and rare opportunity for a recent graduate or advanced-level school leaver to embark on a career in financial markets trading. We are looking for a keen problem solver to join our Treasury Trading team.

**Introduction**

Global Reach is a leading regulated foreign exchange broker, providing international payments, risk management, and strategic hedging solutions to a wide range of corporate and institutional clients, while also helping individuals manage their personal currency requirements. Founded in 2001, Global Reach has expanded to employ almost 200 people across the globe. Backed by Inflexion Private Equity, the group’s ambitious growth strategy has been evidenced in recent expansions such as the establishment of Global Reach Canada in 2020. Global Reach also has a base in Cyprus, Madrid, The Netherlands, and Cornwall, as well as its head office in London.

**Role Overview**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Execution of cash and option trades
- Help coordinate counterparty settlement
- Build a strong knowledge of our proprietary systems and support Front Office
- Communicate with counterparties to resolve risk limit breaches
- Assist with trade pricing and benchmarking
- Help write market commentary and market analysis
- Ad hoc project work

**Qualification & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree in a business/quantitative discipline
- Advanced analytical and numerical competency
- Advanced aptitude for problem solving and multitasking
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Maintain composure and communicate clearly under pressure
- Possess a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, pressurised environment
- Knowledge of FX desirable

**Job Types**: Graduate, Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
