**The Opportunity**:
Team Found is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join their high-performing commercial team Found is Lottie's CRM platform, designed to help clients manage, prioritise, and forecast their occupancy and enquiries. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who excels at building strategic partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving significant revenue growth. You'll lead new business acquisition with enterprise and mid-market accounts, while having substantial autonomy to shape commercial strategy and influence product direction. You'll partner closely with sales leadership, product, engineering, and the wider Commercial team to drive impact.
**What does this role involve?**Lead strategic prospecting and pipeline development** for high-value clients and enterprise partners for Found by Lottie.**Deliver sophisticated product demonstrations** that align Found's capabilities with complex client needs and strategic objectives.**Own and execute the full sales cycle** for mid-market and enterprise deals, from initial engagement through to contract signature.**Negotiate complex contracts and commercial terms** with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.**Cultivate strategic, long-term partnerships** with key clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.**Mentor and support** junior members of the sales team, sharing best practices and elevating team performance.**Partner with the Customer Success team** to architect seamless onboarding experiences for strategic accounts.**Drive market intelligence** and provide strategic insights to the Product and Commercial teams to inform roadmap and GTM strategy.
