I'm currently recruiting for teaching assistants & Learning support to work on a flexible or long-term basis at Primary schools & Nurseries in Solihull. I'm looking for hardworking individuals who are passionate about supporting children within the classroom.at Aspire People we are dedicated to helping improve the education of children.
Our schools are looking for positive individuals who want to keep standards high. We have worked in this area for many years supplying cover of the best standards possible. In doing so we have supported many of the local schools in achieving outstanding Ofstedinspections and really making a difference to many young children's school lives. This is also a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain experience working within a school setting or for individuals who would like to work towards becoming a QualifiedTeacher. With day-to-day supply, Long-term and potential permanent roles we are here to find you the best suited positions.
To become a Teaching Assistant with Aspire you will need;
 Experience working in a similar role or relevant qualifications.
 Good communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
 Show integrity and initiative
 Have a flexible positive approach.
 References to cover 2 years.
 Complete an enhanced DBS check/Have DBS on update system.
