**Project Manager - 6 Months - Hybrid working - OUTSIDE IR35**

Project Manager (SaaS and Single Sign-on SSO), required for a 6 month assignment. I am looking for strong Project manager with extensive Digital Delivery and Business Change experience with a focus on SaaS and Single Sign-on (SSO).

The role with be hybrid with 2 days per week in the office or when required.
- 5 years managing the implementation and delivery of large-scale ICT projects.
- Delivery of SaaS and Single Sign-on (SSO).
- Experience of managing external suppliers and services.
- Experience of establishing and maintaining productive relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure their buy in and confidence.
- Managing and controlling projects using formal project management methodologies.
- Leading large multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Effective negotiation and resource planning.
- Experience of public sector ICT implementations
- Prince2 or Agile project management qualification, ITIL service life cycle.
- Public Sector experience is essential.

The role falls outside IR35. Hybrid working, site based 2 days per week in North/West Yorkshire.
