Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

**About the role**:
Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

- helping with washing and dressing
- Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
- finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
- general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
- supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

**Night Shift Contracts**
- 8pm until 8am

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
