Cleaner (Casual)

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of self catering properties to the highest standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Respond promptly to requests from management regarding cleaning needs.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience not needed as full training will be given.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Required days of work are Mondays and Fridays but could be more through the peak season.

Pay: £16.00 per hour
