Sunderland and South Tyneside Universal Crisis Team are delighted to offer exciting opportunities for motivated and committed individuals to work as Community Practitioners within the Working Age Adult Pathway.
We have substantive posts available that are suitable for Registered Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists, who must have current Professional Registration.
