**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- General Office Administration: Internal and External Call-handling, information processing and communication/liaising with staff on logistics
- Customer and Supplier Data Entry and Form Creation, using our Sage database
- Seeing customers and discussing products in our showroom
- Calculating and quoting products for internal blind products
- Taking payments on Card Machine
- Invoice Checking and using Sage 50 Cloud where needed
- Social Media updates with images in accordance with GDPR
- Updates to our website Gallery from installations
- Carrying out weekly building safety checks for Fire Risks and ensuring services are up to date
