Retail Supervisor

The Supervisor role is a great opportunity to gain management experience and provides essential stepping stones to further your career, including but not limited to the responsibility of leading a team, pushing sales and buys, controlling stock loss and maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.
- To lead, train and inspire your team to a high level of customer service.
- To personally deliver outstanding service in order to meet the needs of our customers.
- To maintain good standards of housekeeping on the shop floor and off sale areas.
- To maintain a high standard of merchandising on the shop floor, windows and in the cabinet displays.
- To monitor store KPIs and address specific issues.
- Ensure that health & safety and security procedures are being adhered to by all staff.
- Maintain a workplace environment that is welcoming to all staff.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £10.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
