SEN TA - Virginia Water - Immediate start - Permanent

Are you an experienced SEN TA/Support specialist looking for a role within a new school?

Tempest Resourcing are currently partnered with a federation of 3 schools located in Surrey, the schools in question caters for pupils with a statement of SLD/PMLD. Currently they’re looking to expand their already great team at both the Virginia Water &Walton-On-Thames sites. Virginia water is their newly formed high COIN site, specialising in primary students with ASD/communication needs. Being a newly formed school they are expanding quickly and as such brings great opportunity for career progression andpotentially teacher training programs.

In addition to this they are looking to appoint a number of TA’s at their secondary site located in Walton-On-Thames, this site differs slightly from the primary site and supports students with severe and complex learning difficulties aged 11-19.

They are looking to employ people with a strong SEN background, be that supporting children and young adults in an educational setting or alternatively in more of a clinical/care capacity. As mentioned previously the federation of schools are very establishedand able to provide excellent support and benefits to employees alongside excellent career prospects.

To be considered for these positions you must display the following:

- Experience working with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN curriculum
- Understanding of ASD/Communication difficulties
