**Location: Office is located at SkyPark Finnieston Square Glasgow. Training is office based then hybrid working pattern will follow.**

**Salary: £24,044.80**

**Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.**

**Hours: 40 Hours a week Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. No weekend hours.**

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Administrator to be part of our vibrant team. Your day-to-day tasks will involve processing life and pension documents on to our in-house system. There will be a variety of administration tasks to complete throughout the day which will range from updating customer records, issuing letters to customers, and looking into customer files for any discrepancies. You may need to contact a customer for additional information to complete the task required.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure customer records are accurately maintained.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Achieve targets to maintain productivity, quality, and contractual service level agreements.
- Manage own workload effectively and prioritise accordingly to meet targets.
- Accurately complete any quality/productivity documentation required.
