Job Summary: multi skilled Tradesman
A skilled tradesman is a highly trained professional who specializes in a particular craft within the construction industry. They possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in their field, allowing them to perform complex tasks with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform specialized tasks: Execute tasks such as, Plastering & patching, basic joinery, basic plumbing, brickwork & block work & groundworks.
- Use specialized tools: Operate a variety of power tools and equipment specific to their trade.
- Supervise and train apprentices: Mentor and guide less experienced workers.
Required Qualifications:

- Trade-specific training: Completion of a formal apprenticeship or vocational training program.
- Certification: Possess relevant

certifications or licenses required by their trade.

Driving licence.
- Experience: Have practical experience in their field.
- Technical skills: Demonstrate proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment.
- Problem-solving abilities: Be able to identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction projects.

Additional Skills:

- Strong work ethic: Be dedicated, reliable, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Communication skills: Be able to effectively communicate with project managers, architects, and other team members.
- Attention to detail: Have a keen eye for precision and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 - 45 per week
