Mobile Doctors Ltd are part of the Kuro Health Group and currently have a fantastic Admin Case Handler opportunity available to join the Admin department in our Bolton Office.
Mobile Doctors is the longest established provider of Independent Medical Evidence in the UK, with over 25 years’ experience within the medico-legal market and has grown organically to become one of the leading suppliers of medical evidence and treatments for legal claims.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Check the print queue on Episource to see if anything has not been printed automatically by Docmail and needs to be manually printed off and sent out via post. Knowledge of Episource is required to ascertain why the letter did not automatically go to Docmail.
- Open all incoming post, stamp each document with the Confidential and date stamps and log it onto the post register.
- Scan and upload all incoming post to the relevant Episource case and invoice records where required.
- Log all incoming medical records and radiology discs on the CD log and review contents of attached CD letters to establish any further action. Establish the following:
1. Contents of the CD
2. Clients name
3. Clients reference number
4. Case workflow
5. Disc password
- Sending medical records and radiology images to experts and instructing parties via Egress, and then updating the Egress log to advise this.
- Review the “Awaiting Password” discs log once a week and chase any outstanding passwords.
- Update the post tracker/courier delivery tracker daily with all incoming and outgoing post.
- Collate all outgoing post, create a sales invoice on the Royal Mail website, ready for Royal Mail pick up on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Adhoc - Facilities tasks: Escorting contractors around the building to allow them to perform prebooked jobs, ensure people are signed in and have visitor passes, review any adhoc CDs that have been returned by IPs and experts.
- Assist Operations teams when required
Hybrid role: Minimum of 2 days in the office per week
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
Location: Calvin Street, Bolton, Greater Manchester
This role is conditional on passing employee vetting process which includes a 5 year employment reference check, 3 year financial probity and basic criminal disclosure check.
