A seed-funded Machine Learning start-up are on the lookout for a Head of Engineering to help scale their Engineering team.

**The Company**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Manager to come in and lead the Engineering function of an international Machine Learning start-up to grow their platform.

**Head of Engineering Role**

This role will work closely with the CEO and Product Managers to lead the day to day running of the Engineering team.

You’ll be incremental in designing and leading all technical aspects of products and will manage and support the international team of Engineers.

**Head of Engineering Requirements**
- At least five years’ commercial engineering experience
- Experience scaling and leading early stage start ups
- Hands on Python expertise
- Knowledge of Machine Learning
- Familiarity of highly scalable cloud products
- Team leadership, managing and recruiting engineering teams across backend/infrastructure.

The role is fully remote and offers a competitive compensation and equity package of up to £150k.
