Join our team as a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, compliance with safety standards, and the accuracy of our inventory during night operations.

**About the Role**:
As the Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations of our warehouse, reporting directly to the Night Shift Management team. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure seamless workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver high standards of safety and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Night Shift Operations Management**
- Verify incoming goods against pre-advised orders and provide documentation to operatives.
- Address delivery discrepancies and missed stock, escalating promptly to the Planning Team and Night Shift Deputy Manager.
- Schedule and oversee call backs for empty pallets and manage scrap pallet collections.
- Supervise tanker deliveries and dispatch finished goods across production units, ensuring proper storage and clear communication.

**2. Safety and Equipment Oversight**
- Ensure Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is inspected, signed off, and operated safely.
- Monitor and manage gas cylinder deliveries and proper storage.
- Report site defects or damages to the Night Shift management team for immediate action.

**3. Yard and Inventory Management**
- Coordinate yard operations, vehicle service sequencing, and stock designated for shipping.
- Conduct Physical Inventory (PI) checks during night shifts with timely reporting.

**4. Process and Documentation**
- Update metric boards daily and uphold 5S standards.
- Attend key operational meetings and provide updates on lines kitting status.
- Prepare shift handover reports and manage urgent call backs from external warehouses.
- Complete Return to Work forms in the absence of the Night Shift Deputy Manager.

**5. Staff Coordination**
- Manage night shift rotas, approve holiday requests, and provide training and guidance to team members.
- Address operational concerns and support a collaborative work environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and inventory systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and compliance.

Shift

Sunday - Tuesday night 17.45pm - 06.00am

Pay: £17.62 per hour

Expected hours: 36.75 per week
