**Starting salary** is set at £11.50 per hour. Will increase based on performance and KPIs being met after 4 months’ probation.

**Working Hours**: 9:30am till 3:30pm - 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Please note there will be a 30 minute paid lunch break during this period.

Longer working hours will be available further down the line if probation is passed.

**Schools Advisory Service** is currently seeking a friendly and persuasive telemarketer to join our growing team in South Normanton.

**Your goal** as a telemarketer would be to generate interest from auto-generated quotations that are sent out to potential clients. Your role will be to qualify leads, and generate interest for the sales team. By effectively conveying the value of our service, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.
**- Outbound sales calling**:Following up on marketing promotion to generate interest and sales for the business.
**- Providing information**: Clearly and effectively communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of our service to potential clients.
**- Follow-up**:Maintaining a follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
**- Database management**: Updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information.
**- Collaboration**: Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
**- Full training** will be given in the use of our telephone and CRM system via one-to-one in person support.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
