**Job Title**: Technical Business Analyst

**Location**:Sussex Office (1 day a week)

**Salary: £35,000 - £43,000**

**Purpose of the job**: Responsible to fill the gap between business and technology and to liaise with the Solution Centre teams to ensure they deliver the required solutions for the business. Primary duties include researching business processes,making reports with recommendations to my client's management and analysing the potential impact of their recommendations. This is a key role joining a team to drive forward a pipeline and technology backlog with a keen focus on supporting the throughput ofthe team.

**Essential Skills & Experience Required**:
Desirable experience is to come with SAP and / or.Net experience
- Experience working within a multi skilled agile development team
- Experience as some sort of developer earlier in your career would be a huge benefit
- Experience of work stream management using JIRA
- Able to demonstrate the ability to build rapport and engagement with key stakeholders across the entire business and support business transformation and change alongside the delivery of new innovations
- Pragmatic approach to work ensuring that clear work items and acceptance criteria are produced
- Ability to manage multiple stories
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Business process understanding and knowledge of relevant business management principles
- Planning and organisation skills
- Confidence to challenge and be challenged in a fast paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques
- Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
