**Job Summary**
We require a book keeper with knowledge of Quick Books.

**Duties**:

- Create, verify and send invoices to customers
- Check and verify payments to suppliers
- Chase unpaid invoices
- Answer customer and supplier telephone calls
- Prepare VAT returns and pay them
- Liaise with the accountant

**Requirements**:

- Have experience using the Quick Books accounting package
- Have office IT experience e.g. MS Word, Excel
- Must live in the Tyne and Wear region: GATESHEAD, NEWCASTLE
- Preferably some experience using a database package

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,600.00 per year
