Pure Resourcing Solutions are partnering exclusively with Midwich to recruit for a Credit Risk Team Leader to join their highly successful and friendly team based in Diss.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day function of the Credit Risk Team with key responsibilities including:
- Lead, motivate & coach direct reports
- Deliver commercial credit decisions
- Lead & attend meetings with customers / colleagues to aid credit decisions
- Query & complaint resolution
- Take a proactive approach in process improvement
**About You**
You will have a proven track record working within Credit Management and be confident with making informed decisions under pressure.
Working closely with customers and senior leadership teams, you must have excellent communication skills.Building & maintaining strong relationships is essential.
Due to the need for occasional business travel, you must have a flexible approach to working hours, and a full driving licence.
