**Interim Marketing Assistant**

As part of the Marketing team, the Interim Marketing Assistant will be responsible for coordinating marketing activity across all of Premier’s brands, products and services, managing the delivery of marketing campaigns through a variety of channels, and providing administrative support.

This is a great role for someone experienced who is able to hit the ground running.

This role is a part of a very busy department to ensure that campaigns are run effectively and on time and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved with a variety of projects with no day being the same. You will need a can-do attitude, the ability to multi-task on a wide variety of projects and be prepared to learn new skills.

**KEY TASKS**
- Assist with marketing campaigns across brands including undertaking research, collating and recording data and co-ordinating the activities of stakeholders across the organisation
- Coordinate the booking, tracking and production of marketing materials for marketing campaigns and events
- Liaise with third party suppliers for radio advert scriptwriting and production, media bookings, merchandise purchases etc
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels as directed by other members of the Marketing Team, ensuring consistent voice
- Coordinate event marketing including creating and production of event collateral, scheduling comms, managing registrations, managing queries, organising and communicating with volunteers and keeping accurate records of expenditure and income.
- Support with evaluating and monitoring campaign performance analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Oversee the in house inventory for all media channels, place orders as directed and liaise with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Create and administer all Purchase Orders and ensure records are kept up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Educated to a degree level ideally in Marketing and Communications or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing

- Particular attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

- The post-holder will work in a Christian environment. Therefore, it will be necessary for the post-holder to have respect for the Christian faith, its values and be in sympathy with our organisational aims.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
