**URGENT ROLES - QUICK ONE INTERVIEW PROCESS**

This globally recognised business currently seeks 2 x Workday Consultants (1x PRISM Analytics SME & 1x Time & Attendance SME) to join their Global HRIS Team, on initial 12 month assignments. Fully remote, with occasional travel to London and/or The Midlands.

These roles will be senior members of the team, reporting to the Head of HRIS. The primary purpose of each role will be to ensure that the Workday system operates effectively and efficiently in both the Prism Analytics and Time & Absence modules.

You will be expected to work globally with Senior Stakeholders inside the HR & IT functions, as well as the wider business community, providing clients with Workday designs, configuration and testing as well as recommending best practice.

Accountabilities:

- Drive Workday Projects and Implementations
- Provide expertise across Workday activities.
- Be a point of escalation for critical functional issue resolution
- Manage Workday releases, including regression and new functionality testing.
- Build relationships across the HR teams to develop a good understanding of all process areas
- Represent the Global HRIS Team professionally with a range of key stakeholders, internal and external.

Skills & Experience:

- Educated to degree level or to be able to prove an equivalent level of knowledge and expertise of HR Systems in a business environment.
- Configuration experience within the relevant Workday modules
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner and demonstrated effectiveness when resolving conflict and issues.
- Ability to probe to obtain deeper, more detailed information in relation to queries.
- Ability to develop and deliver oral and written communications, which convey complex information in a simple, easily understandable manner.

This role will also require deep analytical skills, to be able to determine the root cause of problems and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
