What you'll do
- Work alongside, and in other departments within Content Services, utilising industry best practices to deliver a first-class service to all clients, whether internal or external.
- Have a passion to learn and develop new skills that will help further your career within the industry.
- Be highly flexible and able to multi-skill across multiple departments once fully trained.
- Provide a high level of customer service and excellent client focus at all times.
- Be able to work on a rotating shift pattern that covers 24hrs / 7 days per week.

What you'll bring
- Excellent organisation skills.
- The ability to react quickly in line with the general nature of content delivery.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- An ability to take responsibility for certain areas of work and be proactive with problem solving
- A team player but also able to work on your own when required.
- The ability to stay cool under pressure and effectively prioritise work are also imperative to the role as priorities constantly change.

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
