We are looking for a responsible, organised and enthusiastic person to join our team of **Salon Receptionists** at **Charlie Miller **in managing our busy reception areas. This challenging yet rewarding position is a vital aspect in the smooth running of the salon floor as well as being a vital point of contact for our clients.
- **Salon Receptionist Requirements**:

- Proven work experience with a retail or a service industry background.
- Experienced customer service professional with a passion for helping people and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Be highly organised, self-motivated, and efficient with great attention to detail.
- Have strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
- Willing team player.
- Accomplished multi-tasker able to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Positive attitude capable of resolving problems.
- Have a warm, outgoing, and understanding personality.
- Be reliable and available to work various schedules, including Saturdays.
- Previous salon or busy spa experience a bonus but not essential.

**As a Salon Receptionist, you will**:

This position is being offered on a part time basis,(min of 24 hours per week) and throughout our 4 Edinburgh salons.
