We are currently working with a global bank based in London who are looking to add an experienced equity strategist to the team.
This role Primarily covers equities however you will also be involved in wider top-down cross asset class analysis and transaction idea generation for macro hedge funds and other leveraged or macro-oriented investors.
This role includes developing broad macro Equity themes and cross asset class analysis, offering trade ideas aimed at macro hedge funds, spotting cross-asset class opportunities, and determining how best to leverage these dislocations.
- Macro/Tope down equity research experience
- Understanding of asset allocation research
- Ability to work in the UK
- A strong understanding of macroeconomics, economic policy, central banks, and exchange rates
- Ability to carry out quantitative analysis and good coding skills (Python, R, SQL)are a plus
