Your responsibilities as Production Operative can include:

- Picking and packing of products on a production line, while following all the factory plans to ensure orders are completed on time in full
- Inspection of products prior to despatch
- Operation of machinery
- Preparing and issuing materials to Production, using the warehouse management system
- Monitoring and recording control points
- Cleaning and maintaining the work area
- Ensuring quality through internal systems and processes

The nature of the business dictates you must be flexible within your role and you will be required to work between both Production and Despatch departments in busy periods. We have two sites, one in Waterlooville and the other in Havant, so you may be working at either location. You must be a team player and be able to work methodically. You must also be at least 18 years old.

Youi MUST be physically fit to work for us and there may be lifting of up to 25kg boxes and the job can be very demanding.

Please note, that this role is for Production and involves handling raw meat and line work. You will experience smells in your place of work, the same as within a butcher's shop, but our product is very fresh and any odour will be kept to a minimum. Interested?
