Front Staff

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent guest service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and sanitation
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferrable
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £6.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
