We are currently looking for a Used Car Sales Advisor to come and join our team at Bristol Street Motors Nissan Widnes

We are offering an industry leading basic salary of £28,000 plus an OTE of £34,000 and a fixed 40 hour working week across 5 days We prioritise work-life balance and are open to discussing a range of working patterns to accommodate your needs alongside customer demand.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be a key part of our team, helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and converting inquiries into sales. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a positive and supportive experience both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Stay updated on product knowledge to offer the best advice
- Collaborate with team members to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with empathy and efficiency
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including referrals and networking.
