**The opportunity**: Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one Scotland’s best award winning, upmarket City centre quality Restaurant operators. They are looking for a passionate F&B orientated Duty Managers for their beautifully positioned, and quality focused producerestaurant venue,. **The role**: You will manage the staff across all front/back of house of the restaurant as required when on shift. Some clear understanding of stock controls, rota management, health &safety, training, coaching of the development of others, understanding of Epos systems,as well possessing first class communication skills are pre-requisites for this exciting fast paced new role. **The person**: This is a multi-tasking, challenging role, in an amazingly presented environment. Quality service understanding of all areas of a volume bar and restaurant operation, are also skill sets required by Global Talents 2020 client. Our client requires the ideal Duty Manager with "right first time" engagement with customers, and colleagues a like. This role would ideally suit a current Assistant Manager applicant, or Floor Supervisor, looking to step up into a larger venue, with addeddiverse responsibilities. **The benefit**: The opportunity is with Global Talent 2020 long established, highly respected Scottish operator.
