We are looking for support workers for a gentleman who would require 1-1 support with sleep ins.

**About me**

H.C enjoys getting out and about in the community, going to the cinema. H.C is very close to his family and currently lives at home with his parents but is moving into his own property in the near future where he will need extra support. H.C loves anything marvel. He is very sociable around people he knows.

At Liberty Community Support we create and operate supported living services for people with learning disabilities, mental health Support needs and acquired brain injuries.

The services you will be leading at will involve mental illness, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities so experience in all these areas is preferred

**Job Role**
- To support people with learning and physical disabilities to gain more control over their lives
- To support people within their own home/tenancy
- To maximise service user’s inclusion and participation within their own community
- To follow current statutory requirements and legislations
- To plan fun activities and games with the service users
- To prepare meals, administer medication, and clean the home
- To provide personal and intimate care
- To promote independence
