**15-month fixed term contract - would consider part-time**

Join our client, one of the UK’s largest family-owned businesses, within their Framework Team.

As a **Contract Compliance Manager**, you’ll lead a team that supports the wider business and business partners to achieve common goals. Reporting to the Head of the department to ensure projects are supported to meet their specific performancerequirements - through the management of key performance indicators and service level agreements.

This position offers hybrid working and a competitive salary for the right experience.

In this position, you’ll:

- Lead on the delivery and implementation of contract performance requirements
- Liaise and support project teams at the beginning phases to ensure a firm understanding of the key objectives and targets concerning framework KPI’s
- Identify areas of non-compliance and provide support/ guidance to the project team to rectify
- Ensuring project teams are committed to the implementation of process improvements so that contract and framework agreements are met, in line with set targets
- Ensure reporting deadlines are adhered to
- Liaise with support teams to ensure company and stakeholder’s social values are also met
- Lead on internal and external Performance Audits.
- Lead performance management training
- Proven track record of reporting, performance tracking, managing deadlines and dealing with internal and external business areas
- Strong administration skills
- Strong project lead/support experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of prioritising/managing volume work and supporting/leading a team in meeting targets and objectives
- Excellent with Microsoft Office
- Excellent
- stakeholder management skills
