**Description**
Key duties of this HR Assistant;
- Managing the HR Administration
- Supporting the HR Advisors and Business partners across a variety of tasks
- Collating HR information and data such as starters, leavers, absences etc.
- Supporting recrutiment and onbaording activities
- Manage the accuracy of data from 4 systems into 1 using excel to collate and format into a usable format
- Data Entry
- Scanning HR Forms
**Profile**
HR Assistant experience and characteristics;
- Prior HR administration experience and an continued interest in HR
- Good Excel skills to take data/information from 4 systems into excel for ease of use of HR Managers
- Great attention to detail
- Confidence using MS Office
