We are seeking a Trainee Sales Consultant to join our busy Sales team. Working across a broad range of sales activities with an aim to developing skills to deliver consultative software demonstrations. The role of the Trainee Sales Consultant is to take ownership for specific tasks as defined below:

- Contact companies using a given database to qualify and set appointments with a member of the sales team.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Ask relevant questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a CRM (HubSpot).
- Respond to website enquiries.

Ideally you will have knowledge/experience including:

- Microsoft office including Teams.
- Experience in a sales/client service facing role.
- Experience in using a CRM (HubSpot or similar).

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
