**About the role**:
As the R&D LIMS Program Static Data Assistant you will be part of the R&D Connected Laboratories team and support the expansion of the Labware LIMS used by R&D to the Global R&D Centres of Excellence. As the R&D LIMS Program Static Data Assistant, the role holder is responsible for creating the static data that acts as the backbone for the LIMS, working with the wider global program team and local site resources.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the R&D LIMS program with static data management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within our systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Provide support and solutions to enhance our data processes.
- Working with the local site SMEs (on a global scale) and Static Data Leads to identify the required static data records
- Creating the static data records
- Coordinating static data review and dry runs with the wider team
- Checking static data records created by other team members

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Experience of working with computer systems and complex data sets.
- Experience of interpretation of textual data.
- Experience of working meticulously to ensure data quality.
- Excellent computer skills particularly in Excel
- LIMS experience would be beneficial but is not essential
