**Main Purpose**:Tasks may include: basic carpentry, cladding, walls, erecting, painting, tiling and finishing, plumbing.
- Matching materials to design specifications;
- Requesting building materials and supplies as needed;
- Participating in first fix as well as second fix work as required;
- To complete the relevant task in accordance with the build schedule and day sequence;
- To measure building materials and spaces for installation accurately in accordance with design specification;
- Use of power tools including chop saws and other tools;
- Ensure work area is well prepared, clean and tidy at all times;
- Ensure health and safety regulations are met and best practice standards observed;
- To undertake all training, including mandatory and best practice training, as required by the business;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newton Abbot, TQ12 6FJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
