**The School and Role**
- Are you interested in a role supporting the education of children in a SEN School?_

As a Nurturing Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both individual students and small groups within the classroom. Your approach will focus on providing emotional and academic support. You will collaborate closely with the class teacher to tailor support for diverse learning needs, providing encouragement and guidance both in and outside the classroom.

The desired Nurturing Teaching Assistant will have;
- Have experience working with children and young adults with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with a range of abilities, including those with additional needs.
- Work closely with teachers to track student progress and report on their development.
