We are currently working with a leading sports-betting and gaming group in their search for a Senior Product Manager.

As the Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for leading the vision identifying and prioritising improvements across the group’s full suite of digital products which ultimately drives retention through improved products, services and customer journeys.

Our client are looking for someone who:

- Has passion for delivering the best possible product to thier end users, understanding HR and system processes, an eye for detail and an ability to communicate solutions and schedules clearly
- Has passion for front end HR services as a product and service; specifically mobile / web product features, UX/UI, content development and innovation, Oracle and related modules and service now preferable
- Close understanding of customer’s needs across the whole HR experience
- Work with stakeholders to understand business drivers, help develop product strategy and contribute to the production of an overall product delivery roadmap that aims to deliver on the key business strategy and goals
- Develop business cases to demonstrate the benefits of the roadmap and measure subsequent level of success through predetermined KPIs
- Research, define, recommend and implement digital specific innovation across the HR user experience
- Seeking input from external and internal stakeholders and keeping abreast of industry and sector best practice
