Are you an experienced Sales Assistant with experience in the fashion and luxury sectors? Do you have a passion for fashion & luxury? We are looking for full-time and part-time (8, 12, 16, 20 or 30 hours per week) Sales Assistants to join our client at their outlet store, in Cheshire Oaks. As Sales Assistant in this outlet store in Cheshire Oaks, you will receive a competitve basic salary, commissions, bonuses, an industry leading benefits package and great opportunities for career development and progression.

What you will do as a Sales Assistant:
One team focused on the consumer
- Deliver an extraordinary client experience through brand storytelling and by fostering synergies between categories to drive sales in store or via out-reach
- Build a loyal client database of Very Important Customers (VICs) leveraging the company clienteling and digital resources
- Communicate consistently with the team to ensure excellent client service and with the manager on commercial opportunities and providing client feedback

Brand Ambassador
- Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the company sales code
- Embody the company values and spirit
- Support the manager(s) developing the team's product knowledge and selling culture

Operations
- Be an expert of the company store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the client database
- Participate in-store merchandising activities in line with the company standards and creative directives
- Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards

Who You Are
- Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
- Experience in premium/ luxury environment
- Excellent communication skills with in-depth product knowledge

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
