We are actively seeing a **Guest Relations Supervisor** to join the team at South Lodge, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa. You will be the main point of contact for all guests ensuring everybody is happy - with an emphasis on VIPs and leisure guests, ensuring all their requirements are anticipated and exceeded during their visit.

Our successful** Guest Relations Supervisor**will be responsible for;
- Being the ‘face’ of the Hotel, welcoming all Visitors, Hotel Residents and guests and always present even at quieter times ensuring availability to all guests if required.
- Effective communication across all teams, assisting the Guest Relations Manager in ensuring all team members are kept up to date with events and updates in the hotel and spa whilst working with foresight
- Duty management shifts
- Managing customer phone calls/messages
- Assist in the training and development of new members of the Duty Manager team

- You will be passionate about delivering professional, efficient and exceptional guest service at all times and will possess strong organisational skills.
- A minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role with experience of systems and processes, IT skills, financial acumen, management of Health and Safety.
- Work with flexibility and enthusiasm for the profession.
