**Requirements**:
Must have a current and up to date NMC PIN

Experienced in clinical leadership

Specialist in nursing and dementia care home settings

Exposure to working within a private care home setting

Evidence of continual professional development

**Responsibilities**:
Management of all clinical governance within the home

Day to day Leadership of a clinical care team

Working alongside team on the floor as an additional head

Care planning and review of residents' needs

Enable team to undertake and engage in fulfilling training and development schemes
